Campus Departure
Family members or friends may pick up participants directly from their residence hall on Departure Day. Participants should coordinate the time and location with those who are picking them up.

Pick-Up Time on Departure Day
8:00am to 10:45am. Housing is unavailable after 11:00am.
Airport Drop Off
The final van will take participants to the airport (SFO) at 10:00am on Departure Day. Participants on later flights will arrive at the airport early.
Early Departure
Participants are expected to stay through the last day of the program. On occasion, a participant may have to leave the program early due to an emergency. Please note that if a participant is not able to complete the course requirements due to an early departure, the participant will not be eligible to receive a letter of evaluation or certificate of completion.
