Campus Arrival & Check-In

Arrival Day is an exciting day for all Stanford University Mathematics Camp participants and staff. Participants will meet their classmates and housemates as well as the residential staff who will be with them every day of the session.

Campus Drop-Off Time
Participants traveling to campus by car must check-in between 1:00pm–4:00pm.
Airport Pick-Up
Participants picked up by residential staff at San Francisco International Airport (SFO) will check-in when they are dropped off by program rented buses on campus.

Check-in Location

BOB (Robert Moore S), 566 Mayfield Avenue, Stanford, CA 94305

There will be signs around the building directing you to the check-in table. You may drop your participant off between 1:00pm and 4:00pm on Sunday, June 23, 2024.

Parking is available behind BOB off of Campus Drive. Stanford Pre-Collegiate Studies is not responsible for any parking tickets received on Arrival or Departure days.

Check-in Procedures

Participants will be welcomed at the check-in table by staff and will receive their room assignment, keys to their residence and bedroom, and a dining meal card. Participants will also have the option to take a COVID test prior to moving in. After checking in, participants will be escorted to their assigned residence where they can settle into their rooms, become familiar with their surroundings, and meet other participants from around the U.S. and world.

Late Arrivals to the Program

All participants should plan to arrive on campus within the time frames described. If a flight is delayed or canceled, participants and their families should use the emergency contact number on Arrival Day to update the residential staff on any unforeseen flight delays or cancellations: (650) 285-9891.

Housing

Stanford University Mathematics Camp participants will live on campus in Stanford Robert Moore South (BOB) House. Stanford Pre-Collegiate Studies is committed to providing an inclusive, supportive, and comfortable residential environment for all participants.
