Getting Ready

Here you will find important deadlines and forms required for attendance, what (and what not) to bring, guidelines for booking travel, and arrival and departure dates; you’ll also register for participant orientation.

Living on Campus

Learn more about housing and roommate assignments, requesting learning or accessibility accommodations, campus dining, mailing packages, communications, and health and safety.

Community Expectations

Review behavior expectations for participants, including attendance, technology information, and guidelines for parents and legal guardians communicating with program staff.

Program Policies

Participants should review program policies with parents and legal guardians. Here you will find the participation agreement, code of conduct, and media waiver, as well as policies on withdrawals, refunds, and generative AI.
